Bring you imagination to revive this late 19th century home. Work was begun, so there is modern electric service, water heater and plumbing into the house and 28 modern windows. The foundation of brick piers was reinforced with modern materials. The original enclosed porch floor was replaced with concrete to create a large kitchen and sunroom area. The second floor was expanded over the kitchen and the joists for a balcony installed. New walls are all 2" x 6" lumber for full support and room for insulation. The chimneys were removed when the roof was fully replaced. Most of the exterior was re-clad with vinyl siding, both clapboard style and decorative fish scale.
